1. How do I create an account on Pak Nokri?
Click on "Register" in the top navigation, fill in your details including your name, email, and password, choose your account type (job seeker, employer, or both), and click "Create Account". If email verification is enabled, you'll receive a link to verify your email address.
2. Is Pak Nokri free to use?
Yes! Creating an account, searching for jobs, applying for positions, and building your CV on Pak Nokri are completely free. We may offer optional paid services like job boosting in the future.
3. Why isn't my job posting showing up?
User-submitted job postings go through a review process to ensure quality and legitimacy. Your job will become visible once it's approved by our moderation team. You can check the status in your dashboard.
4. How do I apply for a job?
First, create a free account and log in. Then browse job listings, click on a job you're interested in, and click "Apply Now". You can either use your CV from the CV builder or upload a new one, and add a cover letter if you wish.
5. Can I post jobs as a registered user?
Yes, if you selected "I want to post jobs" or "Both" when creating your account. You can post job listings from your employer dashboard. Your postings will be reviewed before going live.
6. How can I save jobs I'm interested in?
Log in to your account and click the heart icon on any job listing card. You can view all your saved jobs from your dashboard under "Saved Jobs".
7. How do I create a professional CV?
Click on "CV Builder" in the navigation. Choose from our professional templates, fill in your personal and professional information including work experience, education, and skills, and preview your CV before downloading it.
8. I found a suspicious job posting. What should I do?
Please report it immediately using the "Report" button on the job listing. Our team will review the posting and take appropriate action. Never share personal financial information with employers.
9. How long does a job stay active?
Jobs remain active for the duration set by the employer/admin, typically 30 days. The job will automatically expire after that period unless the employer extends it.
10. Can I change my account type later?
You can request an account type change by contacting our support team through the contact page.
