Inclusion criteria:
Candidates who want to apply for new PPSC 2024 jobs have to fulfill certain educational and work experience requirements set for different posts.
Candidates applying for associate teaching positions at PPSC must have a Ph.D. or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC. In addition, a minimum of 6 years of teaching or research experience at an HEC-recognised institution, with a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Assistant Professor or equivalent.
For the position of Associate Professor of Pediatrics, a Master’s Degree in Internal Medicine or an equivalent medical degree is required. After obtaining a medical degree, the ideal candidate will complete a postgraduate degree in pediatrics such as FCPS, MRCP or equivalent qualification.
In addition, candidates must have at least 9 years of teaching, research or professional experience at an accredited medical institution, with at least 6 years of experience as an Assistant Professor.
For example, those who want to be appointed as Associate Professor in the field of Pediatric Urology in the Public Service Commission of Punjab must have a Master’s degree in Internal Medicine and having significant experience of at least 4 years in the field of Pediatric Urology. The last post offered through PPSC is Associate Professor of Engineering. For this position, applicants must have a Ph.D. PhD in Biochemistry with specialization in related fields.
